Over the last three weeks, my family and I have been gradually leaving the place we called home since 2004. Transferring to a new abode, we all agreed, "Bring only what is needed".
Visiting the old place last week made me realize how much junk we accumulate through the years. There, left in the old place were all the stuff we wouldn't really need on a daily basis.
I shared with my high school buddy who now lives in Latvia, "We are but pilgrims passing through this world for a brief period. At the end of it, we leave it all behind. There is no distinction, either rich or poor, everyone leaves it behind."
Undoubtedly, the key is to travel light.
Very well said Lloyd. Even while in this journey we got to travel light because we were never intended to carry "baggages."
