This item was prompted by an earlier post entitled, "The Thing I Don't Understand About The Opposite Sex Is..." by Marie Bonifacio .

You can check out the post and see what kind of answers came in as a riposte (pun intended). Indeed an eye-opener for males and females alike. If there are any husbands or boyfriends reading this entry of mine, let me say this now, don't try to understand it anymore.

You will never come to fully understanding the opposite sex.  It is like a curve approaching its asymptote.  As a flashback to high school math (coordinate geometry), an asymptote is defined as a straight line that a curve approaches progressively more closely but never reaches.  No matter how far the x or y axis extends (even up to infinity), there will never be full contact between the curve and the asymptote.

So it is with a man trying to approach full knowledge of a woman's mind - and perhaps vise versa.  Men, woe unto us! - we will be forever approaching the line but never really being able to achieve 100% comprehension of the matter.  A verse in the Bible talks about men "ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth".

Lately however, I have found a simple way to approximate the truth.   This is called the SSSSecret to Understanding Women.  This is not the whole truth.  This is only a key to unlocking the truth.  SSSSecret because the keys begin with the letter S.

-Let them have enough time to go Shopping (and I don't mean groceries),
-Provide enough time for her to de-stress at the Spa,
-and don't forget the Salon,
-then there's the G.O. (Girls Only) time for Sipping coffee at Starbucks (pwede rin Seattle's Best, S pa rin yun)
-then some more Shopping again

That's as far as my S's go.  I am still finding a way to define in an 'S' word embodying how the man should pay for all the card Swiping which has transpired.

I speak this not as an expert but as one with limited knowledge.  So, if anyone wishes to react, you are welcome to do so.  It will help all the clue-less male readers of this post.  Myself included.
