Time goes by so quickly.  Moments vanish as fleeting vapors.  And so to preserve these, we rely on the modern day tool known as the video camera.  Yet, with all the recordings made during birthdays, Christmas parties, family vacations, graduations, etc., do we really have the time to sit back and relax to visually relish all these recorded moments?  If we only had 36 hours in a day.

This holiday season, I brought back a whole load of MiniDVs to Bacolod.  This will be my boob tube consumption for the next few days.  No Hollywood movies.  Just movies of the kids and family.

It will be nice to review, recall, and rejoice in the goodness of the Lord seeing all these video souvenirs, some of which I have never seen since these were recorded.

Now I can hear Paul Anka's "Times of Your Life" humming in my mind.

Merry Christmas "blindsided" readers! :)
